Thursday Pick Up at Bird Dog Video


Starting this week I will be setting up a pick up location every Thursday from 4:30 till 6:30 pm at Bird Dog Video (1333 16 Ave SW). I will post/email the menu on Tuesday morning every week and you can order until Wednesday night and come and pick up your order and a movie on Thursday afternoon at Bird Dog. You can pay with cash or by cheque. Email me to place an order.

Menu for Thursday October 14th:

Sourdough with Olives $5.50

Focaccias:

Roasted Onion and Sumac $3.50

 Roasted Yam and Goat Cheese $4.50

Scones:

Apple and Mint $2.50

Peach and Lime: $2.50

Cheese and Olives: $3.00

I am going to collaborate with some of my friends and offer their products. This week you can order a package of Sue’s Macarons. Sue makes fantastic Macarons from scratch and we have lots of fun coming up with new flavor ideas.

Here is the selection for this Thursday:

Creamsicle: Orange zest with vanilla bean in a white chocolate ganache

Framboise: Raspberry puree in a dark chocolate ganache

Lemon Poppy Seed: Poppy seed sprinkled shells surround a tart lemon ganache made with fresh squeezed lemons

Red Velvet:Inspired by the cake, cocoa flavoured shells and a cream cheese and buttermilk center

Salty Caramel:House made caramel with a touch of sea salt

Chocolate Caramel:Tip: Heat this one in the microwave for 3 sec before eating…..

Macarons are sold in a 6 pack containing one of each flavour. $11 per package of 6
