SIDEWALK CITIZEN BAKERY.
Kathmandu-Tel Aviv-Paris-Montreal
We are back in Canada making our way on a train from Montreal to Toronto, our final destination before we are going back to Calgary.
I didn’t write much since we left Calgary and started our little adventure three months ago. We baked bread at Tangboche and at Everest Base Camp; We traveled to Israel to visit Michal’s dad who got sick and was in the hospital but is OK now; We went to Paris and worked with one of the best bread baker in a city full of bakers and boulangeries and fantastic food; We spent some time in Montreal and checked out the bread and bakeries there and now we are making out way to Toronto to do the same.
Like other adventures this one had some moments of inspiration, some disappointments and a lot of fun. I learned a lot and crystalized my idea about what is it I want to do next. I am itching to do it and I am hoping it will turn out as good as I am imagining it.
