Red Fife Wheat

Mark Gibeau grows Red Fife Organic wheat outside Calgary. Red fife is one of the oldest wheat crops in Canada and when milled into flour provides one of the best bread flour you can find. I’ve used Mark’s Red Fife flour in the past and will use it in the future.

Mark and his partners are hosting an organic field tour on August 11 at 9am on the farm. Come and learn all about this unique farm and crop.
