We will have our traditional Stollen and many more items with some great pastries and breads for the main meal and the morning after.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;span&gt;It is not necessary, but it will be best if you &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;pre-order&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; as we make evertying fresh and on the same day and to guarantee what you want. As with every oven it takes a while to know it and be comfortable working with it. Here is a photo of today&amp;#8217;s bread. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Once this oven is hot it cools down very slowly. I wanted to use it as it cools so I cooked dinner while preparing the dough for tomorrow&amp;#8217;s bread. Here is the recipe:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Wash and pat dry the chicken. Rub it with coarse salt and some herbs. I used Sumac and grinned lavender (you can get it at Silk Road). Put in a cast iron pot and add potatoes lots of garlic, rosemary and star anise and bake at 400 degrees for about an hour and a half. &lt;/p&gt;
