We Are Hiring

We are hiring a driver who will be in charge of our bread delivery. Must be 25 years or older with a clean driving record.

Store Hours and Address

Our store hours are:

Fridays and Saturdays from 10am till 3pm. 

Baguettes are usually out of the oven at 11am.

Christmas Menu and Extended Store Hours

We are happy to have our Christmas menu featuring new flavor combinations and special creations to indulge in. We will have our traditional Stollen and many more items with some great pastries and breads for the main meal and the morning after.
It is not necessary, but it will be best if you pre-order as we make evertying fresh and on the same day and to guarantee what you want. And yes, we do have a DEBIT machine now.

There is an order form at the bottom of the email. To order, hit reply, fill out the form and email it back to us.  

On Wednesday, December 21st we will deliver Stollen. I will send a separate e-mail for that next week.  
We will also have gift certificates and bread subscriptions available for the dough lovers.

Traditional Christmas loaf with vanilla pastry cream, marzipan, organic dried fruits and candied orange peel

PERSONAL BRIOCHE BUNS  $3.50 each or $19 for half a dozen:      


Savoury brioche buns:

Blue cheese and walnuts

Hotchkiss Sundried tomatoes, pine nuts and goat cheese

Prosciutto and cheddar  

Sweet brioche buns:

Phil & Sebastian coffee, cardamom and homemade dulce de leche

Marzipan, vanilla and apples

Poached pears in lavender and honey

Brioche Loaves - $15:

Halva with rose water and almonds

Sticky buns - $3

Scones - $3 each or $16.50 for half a dozen:

Orange peel, orange blossom and dark chocolate

Okanagan organic apple with honey and lavender

Sour cherries with vanilla and coconut

Extended Store Hours

Our retail store (5524 1A St SW) will be open on Friday, December 23rd, from 11AM till 7PM and on Saturday, December 24th, from 10 till 2PM.

Drunken Paw is doing an art installation at out bakery. I will post photos of their progress but you can come and see for yourself. They will be there every Saturday for 6 weeks.
